Q 1.1 How do I check my Voice Mail?
A 1.1 Dial 0444 press send, Listen to the prompt, then enter your pin # 1234 (Default) and proceed.
Q 1.2 How do I activate voice mail and SMS on my phone?
A 1.2 This can be done at our business offices or via the telephone, once the phone is in your name, and you have a valid ID.
Q 1.3 How do I enter my phone card?
A 1.3 Dial 0808, when prompted Press 2. When prompted again, enter the pin #.
Q 1.4 Why have they suspended my phone?
A 1.4 Were you trying to enter your phone card? If you make more than 7 attempts and fail, your account will be suspended.
Q 1.5 When I dial 0808, and press send to enter my card I am told “Invalid Entry”?
A 1.5 You have dialed 0808 more than 7 times, and the card is already in your phone.
Q 1.6 Why am I told my pin# is invalid?
A 1.6 Please take your time and enter your pin.
Q 1.7 Can I send emails from my cellular phone? How does it work?
A 1.7 Yes you can send emails from your cellular phone,
Mobile to Email:
Go to menu
Select - message
Select – to write a message
At the To: Enter 555
Type message starting with the email address immediately followed by the subject in parentheses
e.g jtom@hotmail.com(subject)
The body of the message should begin immediately after the closing parentheses. Press send.

Q 1.8 Why does my phone have no service?
A 1.8 This can be for 4 reasons, your antenna may be faulty, your phone can be off the setting, you can be suspended, You might be out of range.
Q 1.9 Do I have to pay for Voice Mail or SMS?
A 1.9 Activitation is free, every text you send is $8, and free to retrieve, and voice mail you sent is $11 to retrieved is $11 (this includes Government Tax).
